- 2 oz of Betchwan gin
- 1/4 oz of vermouth
- 2/3 oz of olive juice (pickled)
- green olives
- 5 or 6 ice cubes



Mix the Gin Betchwan, vermouth and olive juice on ice cubes. Shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Filter over the martini glass using an ice colander. Garnish with a few olives.
