Rubis Nordique is a lingonberry gin liqueur. Lingonberry is harvested by hand from the sandy soils near the peatlands north of the 50th parallel. Its perfectly balanced taste, slightly bitter and not very sweet, makes it a favorite liqueur on ice or to concoct Nordic Negroni.
